Support is available for learning the names and movement details for yoga poses, and the biomechanics & alignment of restorative exercise. Support Pre/Postnatal

Fertility, pregnancy and postpartum are tender seasons of life that bring up so much for mind, body & spirit. From trying to conceive to coping with loss, from morning sickness to recovery from labor & delivery, from fears about birth to mental health support & your changing sense of identity, we can customize a series of private sessions for you.
