Kids ages 4 to 7 learn how to be little yogis in our Kids Yoga Club (and parents get a break!). Through yoga poses, mindful games, and moments of rest, kids learn about managing their body and their energy through cooperation and fun. Each session is 1.5 hours. Class size limited to 8, and led by an instructor and assistant. Six sessions available this summer: sign up for a single drop-in, or get a 3-pack or 6-pack to save!
