11:45am: Bring Your Heart into 2025 -- an hour-ish circle to reflect on the lessons and blessings of the past year and set meaningful intentions for the year to come.
These sessions can stand alone as complete practices to welcome in the New Year. Or put them together for a sweet afternoon of clearing the pathway between head and heart so you can tap into your mental clarity and your self-compassion to bring your deepest wisdom to this pivotal moment on the calendar.
