WHAT WE’LL COVER
In this session, you’ll learn the difference between eating disorders and disordered eating, why the year after giving birth can be a tricky time for your relationship with food, and how to connect with your postpartum body through wellness.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Pregnant people and those in postpartum. Babes-in-arms, pre-crawling babies, and babies who will stay snuggled up with you (more or less!) are welcome to attend.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Ashton Maguire, outreach coordinator for Renewed, is pursuing her Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling at Vanderbilt University. She began her research into eating disorders while earning her Bachelor’s in psychology from Furman University. Ashton is passionate about raising awareness and advocating for individuals who are struggling with eating disorders and seeking well-being.
Renewed is a non-profit that provides free, professional and confidential referrals for anyone affected by an eating disorder, educational training for professionals, and a supportive community for those on the journey to renewed wellness.
